I have straightened my life up when it comes to drugs and shit. SO my landlord who dont care about shit. Rents the place below me to a crack dealer ( who is a girl). So I watched her make a drug seal right in fron tof the house and cornered her ass as she came in and told her I WONT DEAL WITH THIS SHIT! Now please some one help me tell me what I should do my landlord dont like me and I cant seem to get the cops here quick enough to get the drug deals caught. I am so mad I just dont know what to do and to boot I cant AFFORD another place here in this area where I live. I need to live here in this area for my kids......

P.S. I'd be video taping the drug deals as evidence to give to the police. Just be careful so her druggie friends don't try to intimidate or hurt you and your kids.

Well,I'm sorry that you are having to go thru that and first of all please be safe. I believe you got great advise but I'm just worried they might retaliate. so that is why I ask you to please be safe!!
let the police know, and ask them to set up a fake dealer so they can catch your neighbor. then have the police talk to the landlord.

In our neighborhood we have zero tolerance for any crime. We had a drive-by shooting linked to a gang-banger's drug deal gone bad. The city told the landlord he had 24 hrs to evict the people, or risk confiscation of his house. They were gone in less than 24 hrs ;-) We rarely have any crime around here. We've sent a strong message that this is not the place to commit crime. Maybe you could put a bug in your landlord's ear that you've talked to the police and told them what you witnessed, and that they WILL confiscate her property if she's allowing drug deals to take place. I'll bet that will light a fire under her to get that lowlife out.
