potty training

potty training is getting fustrating. My 2 1/2 yr old knows to go potty in the toilet, claps for everyone else, but for her it is hit and miss. Some days she has noooo accidents and the next she has only accidents. I wonder if in her case its an attention response getter because I also have a 1yr old and a 9y old. Sometimes I wonder if shell ever be trained.
