Verizon's hazard by our playground.....

 On the phone with Verizon. Yes this wonderful company isn't acting so damn stupid. There is a large green Verizon box in our back yards right out side the gate that has wires hanging out of it. Yes black cable wires just  flowing all over the ground into my neighbor's house...........i don't have Verizon i have comcast. I got on the phone with them and it took me about an hour to get to a real person and then that person  said they have to " transfer" me to the phone people or some other department, i said OK and then the phone went dead.....

So i called back even more annoyed with the situation and they're like oh ok... well we will send someone out on Monday.  What?? Why is it even like that in the first place? This is right next to our neighbor hood playground. I thought that maybe they're coming back out to dig and bury the lines or something like that, but no im so tired of dealing with them and tripping over them!! My daughter tripped over one of the wires while running over to the playground and her elbow landed in a big puddle of pine sap!  So if the stupid wires weren't hanging out of the box then the kids wouldn't be tripping over them. I think that it was a half ass way of doing things.  Its common scenes isn't it?? Hey there is a playground here mabye its not safe for long cable wire to be running along the ground........is it just me or is that common sense?
