baby shower poem?

My co worker from years ago had a baby shower and during her baby shower the hostess read a poem to her. As the hostess was reading the poem, she had the mother to be open gifts that were handed to her. The gifts went along with the poem. These gifts were bought by the hostess and they were very handy gifts  that the mother to be would need for the new baby.

Does any one know what this poem is called or how I could search for it? I've been searching for hours and can't find it any where. I'm running out of time to find this poem and I haven't a clue were my co worker is now. It's been many yrs.

So if anyone knows about this poem, please let me know!!
