you know what ticks me off?

i have a facebook account ok? and a lot of people i knew in high school have them too.  now my high school experience was horrible becasue everyone knew i was a wiccan so they picked on me and told me id go to hell and all kinds of other things and now a lot of the people who picked on me are adding me and when i say to them "why did you add me i thought u didnt like me?" they say oh i never had a problem with you or someting along those lines and it's frustrating because i know that they did those things and they are acting like it never happened, why is everyone pretending that all that stuff never happened it doesnt make sense to me???? now that everyone is finally taking the time to know me i think maybe they actually think im a decent person but im aftaid to believe that, im afraid they are talking about me behind my back or something, im afraid to trust them, should i trust them, am i being unreasonable?

I think high school kids in general are just mean mean people.  They don't know where they quite fit in and then feel like they have to make fun in order to fit in.  I think for the most part the Facebookers are genuine and you'll really know the more they reply to a post or send you a message and the ones that don't just delete them.  You know the one's that just want to see what you look like or where you live or if you made it and then never acknowledge that you're even a friend...Those are the ones I would delete.  You've given them the second chance by accepting their friendship.  Now let them show that they are sincere.  Good Luck!

I think a lot of it boils down to perspective. They could have said ONE mean thing to you that scarred you for life...but it was only a blip to them. Just a sentence, it didn't mean anything to them but it meant the world to you.
