I'm writing this post because I know that there are A LOT of women out there that want to work from home. I'm curious about WHY you want to work from home. Is it financial security? Staying home with your kids?

Leave a Comment in the bottom and tell me why you want to work from home! This could be fun! I'll start...

(optional question: What are you willing to do to make it happen?)

I want to work from home because I want the opportunity to create a better lifestyle for my family. We could skim by on my husband's income or I could go back to school...but even then, our outlook is limited. People with B.A. and B.S. degrees are jobless. That's not a risk I'm willing to take with my family! My family deserves the best I can offer and the Home  Based Business industry is a $427Billion/Year industry. In my opinion...it just makes sense!

What am I willing to do to make it happen?: Just about anything! As long as it's a good company with a good reputation and a product/service that I believe in...I'm game!

I would LOVE to work from home.  Mainly because I do have a young son ~ he turns 2 on Nov 19th, and with my husband deploying in January with the Air Force, being home would make it a lot easier for me to be more available for my young son's needs.  But, I also have my personal reasons.  I have never really been truly happy with my career choices in life.  I am a photographer by heart and I would love to be able to pursue my personal goals, but it is an expensive career field and we are a young family.  I also want to be able to have the time to volunteer and give to my community and do things that are more helping to those in need.  I have so many ideas of things i would like to do not only in support of ourmilitary, being a military wife, but of other charitable organizations that unfortunately with the full-time job i hold now, I just do not have the time or resources to give.  It leaves me feeling very empty inside.  Bills have to be paid,  food has to be on the table.  I have to make sacrifices to keep my house going while my husband is away.  To be able to work at home would be a dream come true.  Maybe one day.  Thanks for asking!!  ~SMILES!!~

I actually work from home but I am also looking to take on more work.  Right now I post medical payments for a local billing company.  I worked onsite for about 5 months and was going to give my notice (to work for a company that paid piece rate from home) when my boss told me I could do it from home.  There were alot of reasons why I want to do this.  The first being the location of my house and the route to my 7 year olds bus stop.  We live off of a highway and to have her walk is about 3 blocks with no sidewalks and my mom is getting older and would have to walk with my 2 year old also.  This way I can drive her to the stop and pick her up or if something happens at school I am available.
