Weird, random things that happened today

Had a guest that apparently thought I was pretty... and had pretty hair... after the first few times that I said "Thank You!" I kinda didnt know what to say... it was flattering, but I don't take compliments too well.

T didnt show up for her shift on time... no biggie... then when she did show up I had to send her down the street for change (should've taken no more than 5-10 min) and its been 30 and still no sign of her.

Housekeepers are rude.  All of them.  This morning, I'm neck deep in check-outs and dealing with software issues when one calls from the laundry room (no more than 50 feet away) and tells me they dont have master keys... no problem, I ask if she can come up and get them.  She wants me to bring them to her, so I told her it was gonna be a few min b/c I was busy... as she hangs up the phone I hear "smart ass bitch..."  Whatever.  Then, a few of the housekeepers get some things from the pantry... well, I've already closed out my shift, and I cant re-open it... so they're just going to have to wait until T gets back from getting change.  Head housekeeper wants to know WHY I'm charging them such and such, well, bc thats the freakin price!  Well, why havent I rung it up yet - Maybe for the same reason I told them??  I can't reopen 1st shift and 2nd shift is T's shift... I can't do anything until she gets back.  They think I can't hear them, but since I'm in the break room making copies of my schedule I hear "God, she's so stupid, I hate her blah blah blah" just BLASTING me for no reason!! 

I got my sched for next week... supposed to be off Wed so I can take my kid to the neurologist... I RO'd 2 months ago when we first opened - I've had this appt for 3 months... and guess what?  I'm working. 

God!  I hope I get that other job (Call center for Samsung)  Even the training pay is .50 higher than what I make now!  And it will be real FT (not this three days one week, 4 the next BS)  and a set sched... WOW!!!  Thing is, with the company I'm with now, there's no one to cover my shift. 

Anyway, thats all.  For now...
