This year we are going to have 2 large trees and 2 small trees.
1. Large tree in the living room decorated more elegantly in bright and darker greens, chocolate brown and dark red. Waiting until after Thanksgiving to put it up.
2. Antique white large tree in the dining room decorated with red and white candy and gingerbread men theme. Also waiting until after Thanksgiving.
3. OU vs Texas small tree- already up. Half of the tree is decorated with red and OU ornaments and the other half is decorated with orange and Texas ornaments (because I'm a Sooner fan and my husband is a Longhorns fan)
4. Small antique silver tinsel tree in the boys room-probably will put up soon. This one's going to be all fun boy stuff- sock monkeys, dinosaurs, cars,...and gingerbread cookies shaped like these things too.

Wow that's a lot of trees. We're going low key this year and getting a 3-4 footer to put on a table and just a strIng of purple & white lights with my purple and silver balls, some random favorite ornaments and maybe a star for the top. I do love themed trees, like doing all toys or all candy canes. FUN!
