American's fighting foreclosure

Many Americans are fighting foreclosure and loosing the battle, I think what most do not understand especially the people who believe we do not deserve help it that sub-prime lending became the only option for many people. Why, Because if you understand Mortgage and finance you would understand that the cost of living and homes were out running  most of Americans wages and most people, even with goodcreditdid not have the wages to qualify for a conventional loan.

The average American Makes between10,000 and 50,000 per  so for the people in this income bracket the dream of owning a home was quickly disapprearing. What sold most people on these loans were 3 factors

1 increase in wages to match cost of living.

2. the market value of there home increasing and being able to refinance into a low fixed rate.

3. The cost of rent was high, so why pay the high cost of rent when you could own.

 

 

 

he truth of the matter is that  no matter how this turned out the cost of living was being driven up to the point that people who were making what would boa considered decent money was struggling in the turn of the century.

Why did the cost of living jump so dramatically? That's Greed! Ant attempt to push our economy wages and cost higher so that big business could make more money.

People assume that if you have less then perfect credit you are irresponsible, This is not true, More American are finding them salve with less then good credit and the reason being is that so many live from pay check to pay check, some do not have insurance and some just simply could not afford to pay a bill for that month. It was a decision weather to pay a bill or feed the family because some unexpected expense came up and quite a few people are using credit cards to get by every month. Which puts them further in debt? This is no excuse to target and take advantage of people who are just trying to survive and raise their children, which a lot of predatory lenders do. It is a vicious cycle that many people are caught up in with little of no help. 

The Most important that our government and the Banks needs to understand, is that we are the foundation of this country and we fail they fail. We are the ones who purchase the products and apply for the loans that lines there wealthy pockets and if we can't afford to simply get by every month then how are we going to afford the extra spending that keeps our economy thriving. It is the little extras the stimulate the economy, such as movies, shopping, football games, buying new vehicles'. ECT....

I am so disappointed to look around and see that our Country has evolved into the Land of greed instead of the land do prosperity.  People actually make a living off of scamming a person who is just simply keeping the faith and believing in the goodness in humanity.

 I started to be senicle and believe there was nothing good about human beings, until I meant many people whose goals were simple. To buy a home raise a family and support there community and have some money put away in savings. I found that I was wrong about what most Americans want and that the Greedy parasite scum is the minority. Meeting these people gave me hope for my Children's future and inspired me to pick up the fight for them and to fight with them. To accomplish there dreams." I am here, I have a voice and I will be heard" This is the motto of 1 million strong a foundation that myself and others will start and I hope some of you will join us.

It is so important for, as the Government so endearingly calls us " Main street America" stand up and voice our opinions.We Hoped for change, We asked for change and now it is time to Demand change!
