a rain day, with two hyper children

With this rain all day, Emily and Andrew have been hyper since the moment they open their eyes.
They have been bouncing off the wall, left and right. They have tore up all the room and i have lost count how many times we have cleaned the kitchen and the other four rooms in the hosue. I have turned on the t.v, and tried to play games but with them both not being able to sit for more then five seconds or its its not faster then its my turn i tried and failed.
I cant get them to agree on anything. I know they each have there own love of things and i try to get them to do there own thing. but its so hard. when each want my attention and if they dont get it. then they are getting into trouble just to get attention..it never ends..i hate rain and school off days..
