Had a checkup w/ the MW Monday and found out we were 8 days overdue. An induction was scheduled for Saturday just in case. Had regular contractions after having my membranes stripped. Went to bed about 11:45, woke up at 1:20 with regular contractions. Arrived at the hospital about 6:45, dilated to 6. A few hours later my water broke and a few after that, I (finally) got to push. After about 1 hour of pushing, Ezra joined the world @ 10:34 am, 11/10/09!
I was able to birth naturally and could not have done it w/o all the wonderful support from Josh, my mom, Kayla, and Julia (MIL). And also from my other family and friends who were there (Dad, Larry (FIL), Amanda, Megan) and the midwife, Allison.
