I would like to invite you to a new group, Meditation for moms. Meditation has been used for centuries as a spiritual practice. However lately research has shown that meditation has health benefits. It increases awareness, reduces blood pressure, and improves overall health. Moms today are very busy. Just five minutes a day is all you need. Start your day right with a short meditation and feel great!
