Hi Ladiess,
Just made this soup...it turned out better than I could have dreamed! A pound of Italian Sausage combined with the lentils made a huge stock pot of this soup. We still have leftovers that I am going to freeze. This is after we had dinner one night then invited my sister and her two kids and had dinner the next night! This is a budget STREEEETCHER!
