Ok Debra, I guess I see the point, but almost everything we eat nowdays can potentialy harm you! What is a safe alterative to sugar or spenda? I will not use sweet n low its worse then splenda! I have a stevia plant but it is not good for everything I do.

I use honey, agave or sugar very sparingly ( as if it was a spice)
