hello
i am getting married in sept and i want to loose 30lbs in the next couple months so i will still have enough time to pick out a dress and i dont want to be a fat bride again:( but i am hoping this will help with the motivation if i right on here and occasionally put picks on here i am starting monday november 16th i will weigh in everyday after work i will weigh my self in the morning and post it after i get home so everyone will know my progress i need lots of motivation.......anyone else want to join in they are more then welcome to

good morning i weighed in at 161 this morning i am eating some oatmeal and at 8 i will have a protein shake at 10 i am going to have some carrots at lunch i will have 2 cans of tuna with nothing on it and a yogart, at 2 a snack of another shake off work im going to do 45 min cardio and some ab excersies and a protein shake at 5 we will eat chicken and broccoli at 7 and bed at 9

morning this morning i weighed in at 159 i ate oatmeal this morning a protein shake at 8 celery at 10 tuna at lunch a shake at 2 and half hour cardio after work at 7 a nother shake then i have volleyball tonight!!!

hey this morning i weighed in at 160 and i ate oatmeal and a protien shake at 8 at 10 ate celery, and i cheated for lunch and had a piece of pizza i did 35 min of cardio ab and back work out

good morning ladies i weighed in at 161 this morning and starting off with some oatmeal and a protien shake at 9 tuna green beans and a light yogart for lunch and grapes for a afternoon snack, and doing only cardio today for the gym with a protien shake and then plain chicken breast for supper with seasonings on it and some green beans and after supper before bed a protein shake....
