When I had my last baby 9 months ago, I faced personal challenges;  from accepting that my belly was going to be big for a while, to the ups and downs of a nursing mother with hormonal changes.

My baby was diagnosed with a blood condition where she'll have a lower hemoglobin level than average.  The only thing I could do to help my baby was to eat healthy and continue breast feeding.

So far I'm keeping my goal of providing her the best I can but meanwhile I really wanted to do something for myself ( in the long run this reflects on everyone at home).  I'm a Herbalife wellness coach but I've always struggle with my eating habits, coming from a family with an overgrown sweet tooth!  Luckly I have a great support system, having my oldest daughter as my mentor with Herbalife so we started, once again, working together toward the accomplishment of my goals.

I do fast walking every time I can.  I walk around 6 blocks back and forth to take my 3 year old to pre-school, twice a week.  I want to build up on this with stretching routines and my in site-bike.  So far I'm less than 6 pounds my weight goal (looking healthier not too skinny).  I would love to develop a group of ladies wanting to challenge each other and support each other to become healthier and to look better overall!
