I hit rock bottom, but was able to get back up by myself!

This isn't a forward or spam. Some of you may or may not remember me. I haven't been on in MONTHS and i'm sorry. It's just there has been so much in my life going on, it's been crazy. Where do I begin?? I left my husband this past June. We were together for 3 years, but he was an asshole and wasn't there for me and my son emotionally & physically. He never helped me with our son, only when it came to buying stuff he needed, but even then he'd bitch about it. He couldn't go a day without finding something to bitch about. He was an alcoholic and wasn't trying to change for the better. He slowly started back into drugs and I could see that he wasn't going to change and I had to do what was best for my son and I.

The divorce isn't final yet, we haven't even been to court yet. He doesn't help me with child support or diapers and his sons neeeds. It's been what 6 months and he hasn't ONCE got his son nor asked to have him. I ask him all of the time if he can keep him for the weekend or even a day..nope he's busy partying and getting drunk. He does visit his son whenever our son is over at my exs parents house but thats it and not for very long. My son Gabe started calling me mommydaddy.

How sad is that, that he knows at 22 months old that i'm his parents since his daddy isn't being a daddy. it makes me cry whenever he calls me that because he can pick up on it. I hit rock bottom too, I had lost my job, wrecked my car, cant afford to get my car out of the shop, wasnt having any good luck in the dating department and more..finally I was able tos tand on my own two feet and got a good job, im going this week tog et a loan to get my car out of the shop and im taking care of my son on my own and it feels good to be independent. next year i'm buying my own place too.

Right now i'm living back at home with my mom and I hate it..but thats another email lol. I just hope you can keep my family in your prayers as I do for yall. Sorry again ladies for not being here. But like I said, i'm BACK!

I am here for you..Yoi and Gabe are in my prayers if you ever need someone to talk to im here anytime...Hope everything works out for you..You know im kinda in the same situation so I know what your going through..
