I have to share this because I am so proud of my self for making dinner for my entire family for just about $4.00!
~ Menu ~
Breaded Crispy Pork Loin Chops
Steamed Green Beans
Mashed Potatoes w/ Gravy
Stuffing
How you ask? Well...this week, my Giant Eagle grocery store had whole pork tenderloins for $1.67 per pound, you know I picked up two ($20 total). I managed to get roasts (2) and chops (36) into 8 meals, plus extra for city chicken. Birdseye Steamfresh vegi's were $1.00, but mine were free after double coupons. I bought a box of Instant Potatoes at the Save-A-Lot for $1.38. Used it to bread the chops and make the side dish. While I was at the Save-A-Lot, I also grabbed a box of CornBread Stuffing for $.88. My gravy was left over from the super fantastic roast I made on Saturday. That dinner was even cheaper because my roast was free last week!

Then you really don't want to know about my super cheap secret tuna casserole recipe! LOL!
Wow! That is awesome! You go girl! You can teach us all a thing about frugality, that is for sure :)
I like to watch when meat is marked down because the date is at the end. I buy alot and repackage it at home and date it and freeze it. Cheap meals ready when you are.

Well I have nothing to say, besides I am jealous, lol. I have tried to get cheap meals, but it so does not work. UGH. Thanks for sharing though.
