400 Famiies in Gwinnett County in need.....And those are just the reported ones!

I can't believe it. 400 Families. It's heartbreaking. Each year around the Holidays my company decides to support a specific charity. Last year we did Toys for Tots,and this year I had hear about another program that spoke to my heart.  When we contacted Gwinnett County Family & Children's services to get more information about their "Adopt a Family" program I couldn't believe what I was hearing. How many children there are that are without parents this year. How many "regular" contributors had not made contributions, and if ever, this year, ANY donation, ANYTHING, we could do would be greatly appreciated. How could wesay no. I have 3 children of my own, and while this Christmas will definitely be scaled back, there will be gifts under the tree, and we will all be together.

Even though it's last minute, we have decided to do as much as we possibly can to raise money for these families in Gwinnett County. We are hosting our 1st EVER fundraiser event called EMBRACElet GIVING! For only $8.00, each child that attends our event will make 1 bracelet to keep, 1 bracelet to give to a child in a local hospital, and 100% of the profits from this event will go to the purchase gifts for the children in Gwinnett County, GA!
