My starting weight was 160 lbs. I have currently been working out since around the month of September. I am now down to 147 lbs. My goal weight is between 125 and 130. I am working my butt off trying to lose the weight that I've accumulated over  the years having children. Does anyone know  if I am on track with the amount of weight I've lost so far? Does anyone know of other things I could try that can aide in weight loss along with exercise. Please share some ideas. I'd truly appreciate it. Smile!!!

Please keep eating right.  Avoid junk foods.  Eat a lot of fruit and veggies (OK, don't go overboard!).  You've lost about 13 pounds in 2 months or so, that sounds awesome!  It seems as if you are on track, but I am not a doctor, just a person who's been maintaining her size 6 (I'm only 5"1") for ten years (I used to wear a size 16).  Way to go!!  Keep it up!

Awesome job!I have lost 143 pounds and I can tell you my personal opinion is that you are on the right track...just keep doing what you are doing.Eat right,work out and drink lots of water.For me I eat 6 small meals a day consisting of lean meats,proteins and a good balance of healthy carbs...I still have 10 more pounds to go until I reach my ideal weight.
