There has been so much talk about ORAC scores and its levels in foods and juice products... Don't be fooled by scientifically high ORAC's, ORAC can be manupulated by adding certain vitamins that are considered a suppliment, easily done and the normal for many products to boast a high ORAC score.

What is ORAC?

Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) is a method of measuring antioxidant capacities in biological samples.[1][2] A wide variety of foods have been tested using this methodology, with certain spices, berries and legumes rated very highly[3]. Correlation between the high antioxidant capacity of fruits and vegetables, and the positive impact of diets high in fruits and vegetables, is believed to play an important role in the free-radical theory of aging.

Also know that Omega-3's are so good for us and fight cancer causing radicals in our bodies and the better Omega-3's come from root  vegetables and not necessarily fish.  Also, there's seaweed and another thing found under the ocean (sea?).

Yep, thank you for your Omega's comment. This is very true.... you can get different omegas from organic based produce - fruit and veggies -

as well many people don't know that fruits and veggies contain the same nutrietns based on pigmentation - so if you are not big on veggies switch out for fruit, and vise versa
