 Tomorrow is THE GREAT AMERICAN SMOKEOUT.
If you don't know what that is , well it's a day devoted to smokers by the American cancer society to try to get and help smokers quit smoking.

This will be the first year that I am able to say proudly that I quit smoking. so in my quest to stay a non smoker I'd like to help others in this not so fun journey to quit smoking. If this post helps just one momma to quit then I feel my efforts are not in vain.

I want to congradulat all those who have quit and incurrage those who haven't.
