Just an update

So wow, I can't believe that Thanksgiving is like.. next week and then X-mas is up next. This year has certainly flown by. So here's an update as to what's been happening lately.

Well first of all, we found out on Tuesday that our 3yr old has Strep... yay. Well, my throat has started to hurt from nasal drip.. not sure if I have a cold or not. But I may have gotten Othello's sinus cold, all i know is my throat hurts too much to talk very loud lol.

Next, for those that lived in the Virginia area that care, we didn't have much damage from that Nor'easter that hit (that thing deserves a name, because man it made quite a mess). That said, I kinda wish a storm like that would've waited till like January because all that rain would've been snow, like my logic? lol. The good thing was though that Nekocon was the weekend prior to that storm (thank God).

Well, on to the issue of my broken laptop. It should be back in Best Buy's hands by this weekend from what my hubby told me, so I may have it by Sunday. I hope so, I miss it so. Once I do get it I plan to start scanning in and working on the rest of Chapter 1 of my Vampire X-ing Web comic. Also, I'll be uploading pics from halloween and Nekocon.

Oh on the subject of art related things. I created a fan... page? Not sure what you call those facebook pages, but they are the ones where you click "become a fan" on them. Well I made one under "artbychristi-chan", not sure how you look it up or how i'm supposed to link you back to it lol. But yeah, it's up there. This way people can stay up to date with what I'm working on, art wise and don't have to befriend me on my actual FB.

Also in other art news, I applied for a table at Anime Mid-Atlantic's Artist Alley.. yeah.. no word.. nothing.. it's quiet. I'm also looking to apply for Animazement's AA too, but that won't be till Jan or Feb when they post that up.

Anyhow, in terms of finances, we're still pretty bad off. My hubby still can't get a job (he is trying, really he is) and I'm still not getting paid very well.. but am working. Also, on.. Monday? we found out that someone got ahold of one of credit card numbers and tried to purchase $2100 worth of crap in 1 day. It's ok though, the CC company flagged the card and has since issued us new ones.

*each additional character will be $2 each after the first 2 initial characters.*
I accept paypal & money orders.
Most of my pricing does include shipping and handling. For International shipping I will ask for an additional $5.00, hope you can understand.
