Dear parents of children ages 8-14,

We are a team of Georgetown University students enrolled in a Small
Business Development course. We are partnered with a local startup
that is developing a tool to enable parents to provide their children
and young teens, new to social media, not only a safe online and
mobile environment, but also to learn safe online habits.  Our group
project will be to organize two focus groups with parents to discuss
their interests, concerns with digital dangers such as online
predators and sexting, desired features, and suggestions for adopting
the service. Our final product will be a suite of recommendations from
parents like yourselves on what would make a product most effective.

We need approximately 5-10 people in each focus group, and invite YOU
to join us at either one of the two sessions at Georgetown University:

Saturday, November 28, at 10AM or 2PM. (Parking is free)

With your insights, we hope to develop a more effective and useful
tool to help children and parents enjoy safe online/mobile
experiences.  At the end of the project, we will share our findings
and recommendations upon request.

Please RSVP to GeorgetownYouthStudy@gmail.com for more details.

Thank you in advance for your time, and we look forward to meeting you!
