I just saw I haven't really posted anything in a while. So I'll update the happenings in my life latley.
Well Nicole is getting so big. She is sitting up and getting up on all fours like a pro. I'm sure she will be crawling anytime now, but I don't want her to : ( I just want her to stay my baby forever. She is still nursing like a champ and loves her momma milk. You can ask her "Nicole where is: mamma, daddy, sissy, kitty, and puppy" and she will look in their direction. When holding her you can ask her "Nicole where is mamma's :eyes, nose and mouth and she will touch or grab what you ask her. I'm sure her first real word will be kitty they are best buddies and always all over each other. My cat is so gentle and affectionate with her. He will rub his head on her hand as to say pet me. She will grab a handful of his fur and he purrs for more. What a joy she is. She had thrush but its getting better now and its almost gone with the meds she got. She is 17lbs and her doctor said she is very strong and has great muscle control. She is a daddy's girl though I don't even exist if he is in the room unless she is hungry and God forbid he ever works late she freaks out. Overall she is the best little baby and we love her so very much.
Lilly is doing WONDERFUL at school she is in advanced math and reading and has completely mastered spelling. Its crazy she doesn't even need to study her words just look at them once and bam she knows them by heart (she did not get that from me I thank God daily for spellcheck) My MIL is volunteering one day a week for as Lilly calls it "smart Thursday" Lilly and 2 other students get to go out in the hall and work with MIL on advanced math and reading stuff. It makes my MIL beam with pride. I'm very happy she gets to do that with Lilly and Lilly loves it so much. Lilly is starting basketball in December and is really excited. I hope she likes it. It will be her first sport, but she knows all the kids already so that is plus. Lilly read me a really long book last night and told the story so well the pauses the exclamations everything I had a little tear and she looked over to me and said "your proud arn't you mom" I said "yes beyond words" I really am. I sure did pray but never thought she would be at this level with her hearing impairment, but God is good and has given her a step up in some areas. Man do I ever love that child. She is such a great big sis to. She is always playing with her sister and trying to give her toys that she doesn't play with. She also saved up and bought her own DS game system it lost its luster after about 3 days. Oh well I'm still proud she wanted to buy it herself and takes good care of it.
Tony finally got 2 deer after hunting for years and never getting one, but he went to a new spot THAT HAD DEER. Not some overgrown forest to be at one with his thoughts. He got a 8 pointer and then a little spike with his pistol. I have shot his pistol many times I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with that thing give me rifle and I'm a dead shot, but pistols NOPE. I'm proud of him and we have lots of extra meat for the winter. I'm also glad we all like venison. Lilly was very proud she had to tell everyone "my dad got a REALLY big deer" very big in her eyes : ) just average to everyone else.
I'm doing good work is crazy busy but I like it that way. I'm getting x-mas shopping done and the house is looking better than ever. My twin is gonna have her baby girl any day now. I'm pretty excited for that. Well that's the update as of now thanks for reading xoxoxoxoxo Ali
