In our area, CSPAN2 has been moved to a section of the lineup that some people don't receive. So, here is the link. Go and watch the debate. The current motion up for debate is a procedural one to move forward on the question of the actual bill. This may completely be the formality that it sounds like. The overall reality is that bills that are voted on to the floor with this type of procedure usually pass.
