french toast w/lite syrup,1/2c. of bran cereal with 1/2 c. milk----------snack 1tbsp or so of chicken breast-------splurge,3minature chocolates,cream cake yuck,1/2 container of mac n cheese,1 slice of bread w/ creamy p/b good,1/2 c. of pecans and walnuts,good,1 carton of minute maid lemonade,o.k11/21dinner; 1c. of string beans frozen good,1/2 c. of frozen chicken breast good..3c. of water,drunk every 2 hours good.11/22 breakfast;small bowl of all bran and milk,1-chocolate cookie oreo,lunch;claim jumpers meatloaf w/mashed potatoes,cheese bread oh heavenly,some cooked veggies,1c. of water sipped thru the meal.Snack splurge 9mini chocolate bars,yuck,2sticks of gum good,late nite snack;pb/jellysand good but 1slice of pbsand no jelly better,some snackers peanuts,some cheese crackers and pretzels,ok,1cheese stick good,2c. of water.1tbsp. of chicken breast,2potato hash browns1slice of cream cake 1 egg white breakfast.11/24 1 c. of all bran1/2c of 2% milk small piece of banana good,snack 1c. of coffee w/ 1/2 small packet of creamer,hald bagel and 1tsp. of butter spread,1small piece of chicken breast good,hald ment half bagel eggbagel or plain,eating out.for future snacks=1slice of losodium bread with half can of tuna w/1tsp of lite mayo good.I have low blood sugar so I need my high protein snacks,so 1 string cheese also with a slice of bread for a snack or 1slice of bread w/creamy pb all good snacks for me.Ideally with a lettuce leaf or some chopped veggie.lunch 2tacos corn tacos w/ground beef,beans and rice,1sm.container of milk.1oats and honey granola bar2c. of waterdinner,1meatball sub eating out afew chips and a drink,passed on the cookiessnack 1string cheese,2slice of not loso bread w/ creamy p/b,half egg fried,good,1sm. piece of chicken breast good.11/25 1 bowl of all bran good,1/2 bagel w/small packet of cream cheese,1c. of coffee,small packet of creamier,1large red apple good 1 piece of chicken breast,good.lunch turkey feast with mashed potatos,sweet potato,stuffing,1piece of pumpkin pie,2 sm. milks 1 sm.orange juice.dinner 1 c. of meat loaf,2 bisquits w/spray icbinb spray good jiffy bisquits.1c. of green beans,1c. of water.
