Stupid MIL lives with us because she f------d up her own finances so much that she couldn't possibly live on her own. So with her comes all this ugly f--------g furniture that takes up so much damn space it's ridiculous. There's no decent place for our Christmas tree this year because we moved and this house is smaller. There'd be room without her s---- but God forbid she get rid of the crap.

She's also a friggen pig. She'll eat and leave crumbs and crap all over the floor. Doesn't clean her own rooms - I have to do it because she's too damn lazy to. When she cooks I'll come home and there'll be crap all over the counters, crumbs all over the floor - and yesterday it was f-------g oil all over the floor and she insisted she didn't spill any. Yeah right. She'll also trash the stovetop and oven with left-over burned remnants that will just sit there until I take care of it.

DH won't step in and help me out. Talking to her with DH is useless because she'll just agree to something with no intention of following through.

I'm just so damn tired of all this crap. I want a house I can decorate my way, without all this extra crap around, that will stay semi-clean when I go out for the day. Is that so much to ask?
