Why do people insist on fighting over religion, politics, breastfeeding, abortion.... All of these things are personal choices. You might as well argue with a brick wall. A part of being who you are, is being able to make the decisions that lead up to exactly that. If you don't believe in God, fine. Does that bother me? Nope. Not my life. If you are pro Obama or anti obama..Does that bother me? not at all!

And A HUGE one here on cafe mom! Breastfeeding!

"Oh my god you didn't breastfeed?! Formula is disgusting! you are HARMING your child! Everyone knows that's best for them!"  In more than a few ways they insist on calling you a bad Mother because you didn't breastfeed.I have nothing at all against breastfeeding or bottle fed babies! But Do I have a preference? Yes.  But I am not going to waste my time and create a group of people who do nothing but bash someone else because they are different. What are we 12 years old?  "No you can't come in this club, no anti's allowed!" lol.

When I wake up in the morning I don't have someone telling me what clothes to wear, what food to buy, what music to listen to, or furthermore how to be a good mother. People who are so pushy about telling people what's right or wrong are the ones who bother me the most. I am thankful I can co-exist and actually befriend people of different races, different political views, and so on. I guess I just don't have a Hitler complex where everyone needs to be one way or another for the world to be perfect.  One thing I know for sure, PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT. That's what makes them who they are! And there's not a damn thing you can do about it so live with it :D.

And soley for people trying to push religion off on everyone who believes otherwise... "Only God can judge me" what happened there?! lol

K i'm all done. :). If your offended maybe you should be

So true.  I find myself getting into pointless debates on some of these subjects and I know I shouldn't.
