RUNNN!!!!!!!

The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe. (Proverbs 18:10)

 

In a certain big quarry,men were busy and focused over their preparation in setting up a huge dynamite for explosion. After much hard work, finally all of them stood waiting to hear the sound at any moment.

At that time, one worker happened to notice a small child walking there. She was the daughter of one of the workers there. Not knowing the impending danger, she in all her innocence was heading towards the same place where the dynamite was expected to explode. The face of all the workers widened with worry. They shrieked mustering all their might, “Hey! Little girl. Don’t go there!” and did all that was possible to prevent her progress. They showed signs asking her to return. She understood nothing of what they were trying to convey.

At that moment, the mother of that little girl happened to come there. She knelt down and stretched forth her hands towards her daughter. The child knew her mother’s language of love and came running swiftly like an arrow to her. The moment she fell into the loving hands of her mother, who embraced her, the dynamite exploded. The life of this little girl was saved.

 Beloved! In the same way, God calls you with His arms outstretched wanting to give you the rest that you are searching for.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and they are safe. Hallelujah. Indeed, we are safe in the arms of Jesus. Never be disheartened but RUN towards Jesus Christ and He will protect you. Jesus Christ says, "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.” (John 10:9)

 

Prayer:

Loving heavenly Father, Give me Your grace to abide in You like the branch that is joined to the vine. From today onwards, let Your divine presence draw me away from the lusts and pleasures of this world and help me to run towards Him. Hold my hand and lead me in the way I should go.
