Day 14 - Went to they gym and worked out for 2 hours. 1 hour for step, and another for yoga. Yoga is my favorite class. Anyway For breakfast i had oatmeal, lunch I had nachos, dinner I had spaghetti.

Day 15 - I was lazy today aside from cleaning that is. But I didn't exercise. My body is sore and needs time to recuperate from 5 days of working out.  Breakfast I had leftover spaghetti, snacked on an apple, lunch I had nachos, for dinner my fil took us out to eat at cimmeron which is a steak house sooo i had dh dinner salad that came with his meal, some rice that came w my sil's meal and I got the sampler ,  which is just a bunch of deep fried veggies that comes with ranch so, I spent most of my time pealing off the breading and and dipping the zucchini and mushrooms in marinara. I told dh when we got home that I'm a cheap date now lol.

Yay for all the exercising and Yoga! :-) You did really well at dinner -- good for you!
