I've been overweight for what seems like forever.  I attended my first Weight Watchers meeting when I was 13 and I've been struggling since.

Right now I'm 213 lbs.  I'm only 5' tall so I'm obese.  I hate the way that feels.  I need to lose weight.  I need to lose it in a way that it will stay off.  I'm 36 now so it's time to make the changes that I need to make.

I thought I'd start a journal to make myself accountable.  I've noted my weight and now for my plan.  This week I'm going to focus on exercise.  I will exercise 6 of the next 7 days.  I need to make it a pattern.  I'm also going to start a food journal.  Once I see what and when I'm eating I can work on making the right choices.
