I am soooo pissed off right now!!!  Like, in TEARS pissed off...and hurt...and a mix of other emotions.  I have to work the 3pm-7pm shift on thxgiving (and so do my mom and grandma) so we decided to do thxgiving today between 3:30 and 4.  My parents said that time b/c I have to work the 7am-3pm shift today.  I was up all night making deviled eggs and banana pudding and green bean casserole... well, 3pm gets here and guess what?  My relief isnt here.  Its not like I can leave, I'm the only one here!!  So I call my mgr, at 10 after and she said she would be here, but she has to get ready.  She lives less than 5 min from here.  Guess what?  It's 3:45 and I'm still here alone.  I called my family at 3:20 and THEY ARE ALREADY EATING!!  I'm BIG on family and stuff, and this just pisses me off!  My family has no patience, and I'm getting fucked at work.  I know its not my mgrs fault, the girl didnt even call off. 

See, this isnt the first time my parents have screwed up a holiday for me.  On halloween, I took DF to work so I could have the car to take the kids trick-or-treating.  Dad agreed to pick him up from work at 6 (I warned him that sometimes he has to stay over, but never by much)... at 6:05 my dad calls me and says that "he just cant wait. "  so I didnt get to take the kids trick-or-treating b/c I had to pick DF up from work. 

One reason I'm so pissed is that (as prev. mentioned) I'm BIG on family... this is my thxgiving with my family... (since I'll be stuck at work on the real day) and I'm at work almost an hour after I was supposed to get off work and my family is eating dinner without me.  Its like I dont matter, thats the message I'm getting from everyone.  Claire does not matter.  Is it too much to ask that they hold dinner off until 4 like they said they were going to?  Is it too much to ask that people come into work like they are supposed to? 

I'm tired of getting screwed.  I'm so upset right now I just want to throw or kick something, but then I'll get in trouble (or hurt myself) since all around me to destroy is company property.
