My three year old daughter has recently developed quite a knack for storytelling. She has started dictating stories to me and having me write them down and read them back to her. They are always hysterically disjointed and nonsensical, and she is always so proud of herself when her story is done.
Here is her latest:
Once upon a time, there was a baby elephant and its mom and dad, and a princess came. And then meatballs and mashed potatoes talked to the princess, and the princess just laughed. And then a plate came and talked to the elephants, and then a fork came and talked to the baby elephant. And then a timer came and said, "It dinged! Snack time!" And they goed home and ate their dinner. The end.
You think one day she'll be making a lot of money for these stories?
Comments:
Seriously. She and Eleanor need to get together. They will TOTALLY understand each other.
Budding author, is that one! Just like her mommy. Start 'em young!
Keep those in a folder for posterity, AM!
Haha, that's adorable! Maybe if you have a bunch of them, you can get them bound into a book ![]()
