Transcending Radicalness

My life is constant transcendance.  I AM the butterfly (Vanessa is Greek for "butterfly"), constantly cycling through feeling like I am emerging from a caterpillar.

Freemama.  I SO love it.  Right now, it is the embarking of a journey - I hope to someday feel my life fulfilled of "free", the way I came to feel about being "radical mama".  I have explained that when I first took on that screenname, I felt like a poser with all the amazingly more radical mamas around me :)  After time, (and after I only compared myself to me :), I felt like it really fit.  Now, my focus in life is being free, and I look forward to feeling like it fits :)

I forsee it taking on more meaningfulness later down the road, too, like how I mother people - free mama :)

Right now, it means liberation (from "should"s and "have to"s), choice, options, self design, a feeling I get... It's coming to mean feral, wild, raw.  Right now, it mostly means choices.  It mostly means it is my life to design, and I'm going to step up and live assertively and do it.

I have so many amazing tools in my toolbox to do this :)

i am very tempted to change my screenname. but it must be so much work! i think it's awesome that you just do it though. i don't know anyone else who has, except lennox, and that was kind of a different situation. you just up and move to a new profile whenever you need to! very free :o)
