So today was a GOOD day. I ran 7.07 miles and biked 9.78 miles. I feel pretty awesome. I am so glad I made the decision to reset my goals and get my lazy, depressed buns off the couch. I ate well all day until dinner, it was Mike's birthday dinner so I ate clean but more fat then I normally would, although I didn't overdo portion. Go me. I ate raw all day until the dinner but it was a special occasion so I am at peace with it. Tomorrow I am going to go to the store and buy some new produce and maybe some hemp.....
So lets see I have 128.43 miles to go.
Bring it.

UPDATE DAY TWO Ok so Day two is NOT going nearly as well. I only ran a mile, which is fine because it is supposed to be a rest day anyway but my husband is doing everything in his power to drag me down and make working out difficult. I can not let him get in my head and make me sluggish. I updated my miles up above.
UPDATE DAY THREE
day three is FAR better then day two I ran 7.5 miles and I feel really good about it. Eating has been outstanding, I also worked my abs and legs. Mike booked our hotel room for our New years eve 5k, I picked out the marathon I want to run. It will be my first ever, I tried to do one on October but an ankle injury prevented me from doing so. It is on May 1st so I have plenty of time. It has been a really great day so far. :D
UPDATE DAY FOUR
Eh. I ran 4.51 miles but I felt like I was made of cinder blocks. Mike brought the kids to the gym AGAIN and it didnt help AT ALL. Whatever, I am reaching my goals everyday no matter what is thrown at me.
DAYS 5-6
Yuck. Wed I just felt exhuasted and I got wrapped up in 3 million things and I DIDNT run! Ugh I never use excuses. Thursday was grocery shopping, errand day and my day off from running and I was still not feeling well.
DAY 7
Today I woke up with my first period since my MC and it has been a rough one. I managed to do my strength training and then I ran 1.39 miles (its also OF COURSE 30 degrees out) and now I am drained. Hopefully tomorrow which begins week 2 for me will be better I have a long run planned ~14 miles.
