What's the longest amount of time you've ever waited in a line?

Something around 2 and a half hours.  I was at the DMV (they aren't kidding when they tell you it's the worst line you'll EVER have to stand in).  I was getting my license transferred over to the state of Virginia and registering my car with 2 kids.This all took place around the holidays about 2 years ago as well. 

The plus side is since it was the Holidays the DMV had gifts to hand out to the children who came in. It made the line seem to go a little faster and helped to entertain the kids. Afterall, kids are always more entertained by new toys then they are with the ones you've packed.

I always go to DMV first thing in the morning.. I got out of there in  10 minutes last time, lol.  The longest wait was 2 hours in line to ride Splash Mountain at Disneyland

We did go early in the morning. Problem was half the state had the same idea. LOL
