Yay!! Finally finished new children's picture book!

My latest picture book is finally, finally finished!  Wow, I was starting to worry about getting it completed!  There's even a 'coming soon' book trailer that a dear friend made for it--just check out my profile page.  I'm so excited-this has been the hardest one to make yet.  Since I self publish, I design the book from front cover to back cover.  Chris Goguen illustrated once more for me--he is so talented, I'm very fortunate!!  36 pages in total and only one blank page (it is a requirement to have the last page blank or else I'd have no blank pages).  There's a fun fact page at the end as well!  14 full page color illustrations and 14 story pages-that are decorated as well (I didn't want them to be plain).  A lot of work went into the details and planning but it was well worth it!  Now for a much needed rest!  Oh...forgot to add that it will be available for sale on Dec 3, 09 on Lulu.com.  I'll have a summary posted on my author site soon but for now, if you'd like to see some of the illustrations, check out my profile page.
