December....Wow! I cannot believe it is December already... I am soooo happy. My husband just left  here to go back to Georgia on Sunday...And, he will be coming back here again in about two weeks....And, then we get to move. We will be driving to New York...We'll leave here on January 1st most likely. And, it will take us about 2 1/2 days to drive there (dependings on how the car handles the highway, how the kids act, and what the weather is like then). I have to take my car in sometime in the next week or two to have a part for the transmission replaced. And, then sometime before we leave Wichita.. I need to have the windshield replaced...  I still really don't know whether or not I want to live on post. I guess it depends on what I think of the town near post. But, with this whole Obama sending 30,000 troops to Afganastan (With the majority of troops coming from Fort Drum, where we are going and Fort Campbell) ....I think I'd want to live on post...so I'd feel safe being there alone with my kids when my husband deploys. I really hate that there are no schools on post. That's one thing that's making me not want to live on post. We have 31 days (almost 30) until we leave Kansas. I am beyond nervous.... I really just can't wait to get it all over with! I cannot wait to know where we will be living! The only thing I know about our place (where ever it may be) Is that we will not be getting a home phone and we will not be getting cable. We will just have to stock up on DVDs (and find our favorite TV shows on DVD) (Or use Hulu)... But, we WILL be getting Internet. One thing that I do not think I could survive without...LOL. So, there are these cold weather boots at WalMart...I think I am going to get them tomorrow... I'd rather not since they are $40.00 but I am going to need them! But, anyway I don't really know what to type anymore...My mind is drawing a blank...So, I am going to go raid the fridge and then waste some more time on here before I head to bed LOL...
