For Eid this year, I decided to make a friend's recipe for Cake Balls.  This yummy treat consists of cake mixed with frosting inside of a chocolate (white, dark or milk) coating.  The great thing about cake balls is that the possibilities of cake and frosting mixtures are endless. When my friend made them, she used red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and whilte chocolate coating.  I used chocolate with strawberry frosting and I used a combination of Ghirardelli (bitterweet) chocolate and milk chocolate.  They were vey time-consuming, but unbelieveably delicious!  I determined that I would only make these on special occasions, like Eid.  Here they are....
