HUSBAND HIT SUPPER OF SCHOOL BACK RIGHT IN JAW

my husband whent to the school to talk to the princible about this girl that keeps takeing my daughters stuff.Of course he want in.He got the special needs quarnater(she is nice but has her own job and meetings)she tries to help my husband find her belfold w/ her money in it.The teacher thought we were looking for her purse from the day before this girl took and wouldnt give back.She was all I gave the purse back yester to your daughter he told her no this was her belfold she said he girl took the day befor on the bleechers.The teacher said she rembers haveing to tell her to come on she was waiteing on her to take the hole class back to the room so she stopped lookin she said this girl was the last one to have it .She said to my daughter she threw it under the bleechers (this was first thing in the morning my daughter is in first grade so is the other girl).The quarnator helped look under the bleechers whith my husband and daughter.the lost and fond thay had no luck finding it. She said she couldnt talk to the other girl by law infront of him to find out what happen.She sent hm to the supior attentance office because he princible ,nurse,and such were out it was just her their and she was already late for her apt. had three after that one.So he goese up their tries to talk to him about it rite through the door he had an attitude whith my husband.I  have a special needs son thay had to fire his aid and get a new one because he has missed so many days  from her being sick haveing no aid truancy got called (that is another fight w/ the school). He started going off on m y husband wanting to now what he wants now thay had to hire him a new aid get a real bus instead of tranfering him by a van not handicap accesible being a real jerk his reseptionist jumped in and said that he wasnt their about our son it was another child so he was all well what now.mydh tells him what is going on about this girl takeing our daughters stuff .the supper wiggs out and asked him how he would feel if some one was trying to say I daugter was takeing some others girls stuff whith out proof (hellow the tacher just had to get my daughters purse back from this girl yesterday.)My husband terns around to leave the supper started yelling at him so he stopped turned around the supper doorway the supper bushed him my husband almost trpped. He caught himself and came up and swung and hit him right in the jaw my husband walked out.My husband was yelling call the cops If you want he said he wasnt going to but he put his hands on my husband first he only hit back once then walked away so it would be self defence.
