22 month old son wont sleep @ a normal time...

My 22 month ols son Jake just will not take naps durring the day ever since we got rid of his pacifier and since the new baby was born in July and it's been hell! He cries every time we turn the t.v and lights off ,he has a tantrum.All he wants to do is watch tv and go to sleep at 1am meanwhile we have the baby thats 4 months old that sleeps very well but he wakes her up with all his crying,some nights are better than others but its not a fun time dealing with a 22month old that wants to take naps at 8pm and then he wants to stay up till 1am.PLEASE HELP!! ANY SUGGESTIONS AND HAS ANYONE GONE THROUGH THIS THAT CAN GIVE US SOME INPUT.THANKS.....SIGH......... :(
