Alright my eating plan is really working. I have lost an additional three pounds. My weight as of today is 193, this is from 228 when I gave birth to my son. Seeing my weight go down is really encouraging me to continue. I know one thing that I needed to work on was working out and hearing from all you Café Moms using the Wii Active or Wii Fit Plus has made me try the Wii Active. I have been using it for three days now and I love it. I think this might be the ticket for me to actually want to work out every day. I know you need to take a day of rest in between two days of working out but I feel so good and when I’m sweating I know I’m getting a good workout. What I would like also concentrate on is finding free ways to reward myself for every five pounds I lose. I’m use to having food a reward or as a treat and since I’m on unemployment I really don’t have much money to spend considering I am trying to get out of debt. I would love to get some ideas. Also I will be tracking my weight loss with another member so we can encourage each other and really see how we are all doing with our goals. Below is this weeks menu, please remember that any meat product is really a soy product. Smaller meals equals small scale number. Next Month I will add my new measurements and chart them so you may see the weight loss and the inches lost. I look great, I feel great, I’m losing weight.

I have every thing on Excel. I am kinda OCD when it comes to being organized. Each week I have a new tab on the excel workbook, I just copy it the first week and rename it to week two and when that week is almost over I copy it and rename it week three. Every Saturday I plan for next week's meal and I literally sit down and go to different websites like www.vegetariantimes.com and look up recipes. Any recipes that I like a save as a word file on my desktop folder names Recipes. at least one meal each week has to be new so I don't get bored and if I like it then I make a note of it and use it again for another week. As for not being enough food, my snacks are really helping me with portion control. I seem to be statisfied all day and if I get hungry then I have another apple and drink more water. I hope that helps.

Mila Kunis' Weight Gain Is No Cause for Concern
woo hoo!!!! Great job mama! How do you stay so organized with your meals? I tend to plan my meals and then end up not being satisfied lol what is your secret. Yay we can do this!
