I'll know in Jan. or Feb. A nice size for me and my DS. The best thing is I know the woman and with my low income she'd help me. I don't necessarily want to move out but with what my dad and brother fighting, and brother doing not necessarily safe things, its best.

I'll miss my moms help but it would be best for everyone. Dad would have his room for an office away from everyone. Or, my mom could turn it into an area to paint. I want to move out before my BF and I even get talking about marriage. I'd like to live on my own with my son, to establish that I can take care of myself. My mom doesn't wish me to move out for the fact she does love her grandson soooo much.

It hurts me to make a decision like this but I can't risk my son. His father is nothing but a SD so he is no help at all. But its nice and maybe when I'm financially stable perhaps I can get a kitten to grow up with my little DS... Maybe when he is older of course. I'll put pics up if I get the place first.
