I'm sad but happy. I weighed myself today and well I'm 194 pounds, but my thighs are smaller by like an inch and my waist is half an inch smaller so I can only assume that the jump in my weight is from muscle. This would make sense since I feel stronger, I have even started to so-called dance with some five pound weights. I'm still using the Wii Active and I am having a blast using it. I love how they switch up your routines each day you do it so you don't get bored. I'm trying to stay strong with the eating plan, I really want to find more vegetarian recipes that are healthy and taste good. I'm finding that sometimes the recipes for healthy vegetarian food is really boring and bland. Tonight I'm trying a new recipe as it is very healthy and only uses some rice, which I am making it brown rice instead of white also I want it to be more appealing so I am slicing the Zucchini instead of cubing them and tossing them with the rice. I will lay the rice down as the top portion of the dish and the zucchini as the bottom layer. Should be interesting. Also my boyfriend said that if I get down to 175 he will pay for some spa services. Ahh that's the ticket. I can't wait to get down to that weight. Below is this week's menu. You're doing great!!! Don't get upset, this is going to happen. I gained a lot even though I am working hard lol. It's a harder climb to the top, then it's all downhill!
