My Corner of Craziness!

I am so overwhelmed with emotions as I write this. As many people know this year has been stressful. Stressful is not even beginning to describe it. I have been praying and praying for something good to come our way.  A year of set backs is what we have had. Trying to explain to my kids why we cant do this or go there. scraping money for whatever the kids need. Today a knock at the door. A local company has "adopted" my family. This man comes in with 3 huge boxes of gifts for the kids. all wrapped and ready to be put under our poorly decorated tree. Then hands me an envelope. It contains $250.00 wallmart gift cards, $50.00 gas card, $50.00 to staples, $50.00 to Macy's, $30.00 hair cuts, and $75.00 to Target. PLUS they are going to pay $250.00 toward our heating bill.

Ladies, can you believe the angels that have come into our lives?? I am just so amazed at the generous people. whom we have never met that brought these incredible gifts to the house. Wishing us well and to keep our faith in god.

It gives me hope. Hope that good people and companies to exist. that human compassion is still there. People do care about others. willing to reach out and extend a hand for those in need. Its truly a gift from the heart and from heaven.

I cant wait when its my turn to extend that hand and heart. I will give willingly and generously. It takes a village my friends to get through these next difficult years. I plan to be in that village w/my husband and kids helping out the next person who needs it.  My family will give back and keep giving back.  You never know where life is going to take you or the people you love.  Be kind to each other this season. You never know who you might be helping. I really thought I would never be the one having to be asked.

Merry Christmas to you all! I hope you have a joyous holiday season

from our house to yours.
