Some Vaction

well kids went on vaction and so far it has not been a vacation, still getting up early and off to basketball tournaments and games. just not a vacation for me at all. and to hold a tournament on a winter school vacation?? what in the world are these people thinking. would be ok if the coah for my sons team knew what he was doing and knew the correct time of the events instead of havingus go here and then changing it on the last sec. We had to get a custodian to open the basketball locker room to get my sons uniform out fo rhim to wear for this tournament because the coaches left it up to one of the kids to text everyone, and guess what my son got his text 9.p.m and the next morning no uniform because of late texting. so we had to use another players uniform. luckly I'm a persistant [erson, we went back to the school and sat and waited for the varsity coach to come and open the school and of course no luck there, but there were other people there that did open the doors and I found a custodial person to open the room fo rmy son to get his uniform out. I'd like to know what coach teaches a sport and has no keys. we have 3 and only 1 had a key. how crazy is this. thinking of not letting him do this again next year, sports are not what they use to be, they are not fun anymore and the coaches take it too serious and yell and screamat these kids in the middle of the game. my son almost gave up until I talked him out of it.  he needs to finish it and then if he wants to do it again I will support him and if nt then I still support him. but he has to decide if it's worth the time and his grades.  so anyhow not a good vacation for us, running here and there at the last minute just is not my idea of a vacation.
