It's been almost 4 months since my birthday hitting my goal and as of today I weighed in at 111.6 pounds.
I haven' t been able to run in a month due to hip issues so I've been working out with my dvds once again. My routine has been:
2 days per week ~ The Biggest Loser Cardio Max + Jilliam Michaels Quick Trouble Zones (80 min total)
2 days per week ~ Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (45 minutes)
1 day per week ~ 30 day shred level 1 (30 minutes)
Then 2 rest days.
I also try to keep my calories at 1500 per day but don't freak when I go over.

WOW, THAT'S GOOD I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT REALLY HARD NOT TO GO BACK TO MY OLD SIZE BUT TO LOOK BETTER AND FEEL BETTER FOR MYSELF I WAS WEIGHING AT 139 AND FOR SIX MONTHS I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT HARD AND RIGHT NOW I WEIGH 118 SO IM REALLY PROUD OF MYSELF. AND YOU REALLY LOOK GOOD CONGRATS TO YOU.
