My current weight is 193, which is awesome since it was a crazy week with Christmas and all. I did make working out a priority and made sure that I worked out using the Wii Active at least once a day using the 30 day challenge. I'm really excited to see my measurements go down. I know that I am losing weight slowly but I'm doing it in a healthy way so this time I can keep it off. My current measurements are as follows: Hips - 45 down from 46, Thigh - 27 stayed the same, Waist - 40 down from 41.5. My original measurements from November 3, 2009 were the following: Hips - 48, Thigh - 29.5, Waist - 44. SO as you can see I am losing inches even though over the past month the scale hasn't really budged. But I will keep at this as all the small changes I am making now will help me be a healthier person in the future. Oh my Zucchini Casserole I made last week was great. Super healthy and super yummy, but I think my body digested it really fast as I would be hungry again in a couple hours. I need to find another side dish to go with it to help fill me up for a longer time. This week's goal will be to walk with my son 3 times and go around twice to equal 2 miles each day. This will be on top of everything else I am doing. I really want to run, but I don't have the correct stroller and my son isn't old enough yet. Below is this week's menu. sounds like your really putting a lot of effort in losing weight! Thats great!! Keep up the good work. I'll be doing the same as soon as I am able to after I have my baby! :-)
