Do You Need Support?

Do you have Depression, Anxiety, or are you bi polar.... or have any other mental illness?? Do you need a place where the people understand you and what you feel? A place that casts NO judgements on you ..? A place that does NOT have the drama ?? If you check out this group..... you will see the ladies in our group are able to post any and all HONEST  feelings that they are having ....everything from thoughts of suicide to whatever you may be thinking ! Even if some of our ladies have not had the thoughts you have.... you can still be honest and get honest opinions and thoughts from other Mothers who can at least relate to how you are feeling . We do have guidelines to being accepted into our group ... but they are only for EVERY members safety.We have alot of very touchy conversations and we do NOT allow ANY type of bashing or malicious teasing ....We are a mature group , talking very frankly about the feelings we have in every day life.....so if you need a ear that understands.... please feel free to check us out.....

We have our General discussion forum ... but we also have a inspirational forum , Games forum, we have a definition of illnesses forum , a meds forum, a games forum and a jokes forum...

As a member who suffers from depression & anxiety.  And, who lives with a chile who is Bipolar with Aspergers Syndrome.  I know how much this group has meant to me.  Not only me but many others who have became part of my family on it.  It is more of a sanctuary, where we feel safe.  We can share our deepest thoughts, hurts, needs, and hopes and always know someone will be there.  They will encourage, uplift, give advise, or just pray.  But, they never put you down, or try to belittle your situation.  So, if your going through anything emtionally or mentally.  Or if you have a family member that is.  Then I urge you to check this group out.  It is a way of helping you through the times when it seems no one else seems to understand.  If you have been where we all have been you know what I'm talking about.  Just give it a try!

I am a member of the Depression/Bi-polar group and I have to say that I have gotten the best support and advice from this group and the members. I joined because no one in my family understood anything about my depression and Bi-polar disorder and it was driving me crazy!! All my family would say to me was...get over it or there is nothing wrong with u!! Shows how much they know!! Anyway, if u r suffering from any kind of illness or disorder, please come by and check out the group!! U will find support, advice and friends!!

For all of us who don't know where else to turn, THANK YOU! This group has seen me through so much & continues to give me support. I can not imagine dealing with the ups & downs in my life without a support system & this one is the best!!!

this a great group... i know when i go to the page, i have people who have been where i am, and wont judge for my feelings and thoughts.  it is a great feeling!!  thank you michele for starting this group.
